The video is promoting online banking. If you open a checking account, there is no service fee. It has a lot of advantages. But there are two things that I think are disadvantages. The first is not everybody is computer liberated and will have difficulties using that system, the second is that many people will have to loose their jobs. The bank does not have tellers, which means, people will not have jobs.
